This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating a woman from each of our teams, highlighting their achievements, their passion, and the impact they make every day.
The CEO - Jessica
Starting strong, we want to share a little bit about our CEO, Jessica. A passionate leader, designer, and entrepreneur, Jessica is dedicated to breaking barriers in the jewellery industry. As the founder and CEO of Jessica Flinn Fine Jewellery and Flinn & Steel, she leads two female-driven brands that place inclusivity, creativity, and ethical craftsmanship at the forefront of all we do. With a commitment to empowering women and creating space for diversity, creativity and expression, Jessica works to redefine an industry long overpowered by male, heteronormative voices. This International Women’s Day, we celebrate her leadership, vision, and the incredible team she inspires every day.
The Technological Designer - Charlotte
As a company that celebrates creativity in all its wonderful forms, Jessica Flinn is full to the brim with creative women, and Charlotte, our Senior CAD Designer, is no exception. Charlotte embodies the Jessica Flinn idea of doing fine jewellery differently. Through using cutting edge technology, Charlotte is able to blend her creativity with her technological expertise, with the result being stunning ring designs. She works closely with the Sales Team to help all of our customers' bespoke engagement ring dreams come to life, as well as creating detailed digital renders of all Jessica Flinn ring designs. Charlotte’s skills mean we can create intricate designs, putting Jessica Flinn on the map as an industry leader of combining artistry and technology, bringing rings to life with precision and innovation.
The Precision Artist - Amy
At Jessica Flinn, we celebrate the amazing women who bring their expertise and passion to every aspect of their work, and Amy, our Laser Supervisor, is a perfect example of the passion we’re talking about! With 15 years of experience under her belt and a nomination for the National Association of Jewellers Unsung Hero award, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to the team (as well as some born and bred Barnsley humour!). Her mastery of laser engraving adds a unique touch to each ring and lets us offer an even more personalised experience for our wonderful customers. This International Women’s Day, we celebrate Amy’s commitment to excellence in her craft and the invaluable work she does for the Jessica Flinn team!
The Marketing Mogul - Megan
As the Marketing Manager of not one, but two brands (Jessica Flinn and Flinn & Steel), it's no surprise that Megan is making waves in the jewellery industry! Megan is a fabulous example of how passion, creativity, and hard work drives success. She uses her strategic approach and innovative ideas to help shape the Jessica Flinn message, always making sure our message of unwavering inclusivity, creativity and innovation reaches all the right people! Megan’s work is a reflection of the some of the values we hold dear at Jessica Flinn, such as shining a light on women and celebrating individuality.
The Creative Consultant - Katie
A runner-up for the National Association of Jewellers Salesperson of the Year award, Katie is yet another strong woman in the Jessica Flinn world. Her passion and drive to consistently give all our customers the best service possible means every client has nothing short of a fabulous experience with us! Katie’s ability to blend sales expertise with design and jewellery knowledge ensures each customer’s journey is not only memorable but also deeply personal. Her dedication to providing the highest level of care and support reflects the values of inclusivity and empowerment that we celebrate on International Women’s Day and every day.
